This is the new, much more relaxed page detailing a pleasant trip across the sea to Norway by Accession and other Finnish demosceners.

We have 2 vehicles going, and the following people are going in a car that Accession is renting:

  1. DDT - has paid for tasty party food
  2. Truck - has paid for tasty party food
  3. Nosfe - has paid for tasty party food
  4. Tazze - has paid for tasty party food
  5. Pommak - has paid for tasty party food
  6. 216 - has paid for tasty party food
  7. Dodke - has paid for tasty party food
  8. Solarius - has already paid for tasty party food

There is another car, the 'road trip' car, which we'll meet in .se somewhere:

  1. Felor - has paid for tasty party food
  2. Zagupi - has paid for tasty party food
  3. Maxon - has paid for tasty party food

As of Tuesday, Marraskuu 4, We have accounted for all travellers who confirmed, and have _2_ vehicles.

Travel Details

First, we are going. As of today (23 syyskuu) we are leaving FRIDAY MORNING, the day of the party, November 14(maraskuu) and we'll get there about midnight.

So we won't miss anything really, other than some drinking with Norwegians which we'll of course catch up on when we arrive.

The Trip Details

  1. The Accession vehicle leaves from Helsinki and goes to Turku. The HBC vehicle leaves from somewhere else.
  2. We will go across the sea
  3. We will drive across the land
  4. We arrive at partyplace.

  5. [cowbell] PaRtY! [cowbell]

  6. We leave right after prizegiving
  7. We travel across the land
  8. We get on ferry and go across sea
  9. We drive back to Helsinki, or the HBC bus does something else...
  10. We get back late Monday.
  11. You need to get out of work Friday and Monday.

Pay? Cost? Monies?

Accession Vehicle:

  1. Rental/Boat/Cabin: 770 Euros
  2. Diesel: something more, 150/200?
  3. Things we forgot: rest making up 1k subtotal
  4. Subtotal: 1k or so

1000 (subtotal) / 8 (sceners) = about 125 (euros) each.

HBC Vehicle:

  • Um I'm not really sure why I'm listing this because you guys have your costs figured out separate and I'm not really doing anything beyond covering the food cost (:

    • You will need to have monies or something for entrance fee.

    "something" will be arranged as per last year. Discussion to take place on the boat. Consider this a _cost_ but not one you have to worry about changing into .no freddy kruegerrands or whatever they use.

    You will need to have monies or something for beer or the like. Figure this will also be discussed.

    You should also figure there is food on boat and you should prolly plan to eat something there.

    We are using Scred for accounting tracking. No, we are. Accounting this mess sucks ass, people get upset about money and such, and I just need to know how much person X owes me. I don't care about WHEN it's paid back I just need to know that something is tracking that. Scred does this. I also find it a hell of a lot easier to use than a bunch of lousy spreadsheets and shit. Also, if I have issues with it, I can bitch at the Fishpool folks and they listen, so, it's all win using it. So. We're using it. Go sign up there if you're not there.
